Return Policy

Because all our items are printed and customized when your order is placed, returns are accepted ONLY if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item). We do not accept returns for buyers remorse. We do not accept returns for buying the wrong size. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If an item was delivered to you misprinted/damaged/defective we will send a replacement to you within our normal shipping timeframe. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

Personalized Items/Size Exchanges/Returns - are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefor there is no item to be exchanged.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
