• Personalized Items/Sizes

    Because all our items are printed and customized when your order is placed, returns are accepted ONLY if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item). We can not accept returns for personalized items or for ordering the wrong size. We are happy to help you before placing your order if you need assistance to ensure your order is accurate.

  • Damaged Items

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within30 daysafter the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than30 daysafter the estimated delivery date. If an item was delivered to you misprinted/damaged/defective we will send a replacement to you within our normal shipping timeframe.

  • Incorrect Address

    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
