To keep our prices low  we utilize a "made to order" business model.

This means no products actually gets printed until you place your order. 

If an item is damaged in shipping or lost in transit, please submit a claim to us. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If an item was delivered to you misprinted/damaged/defective we will send a replacement to you within our normal shipping timeframe.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
